Hello skots,
1. Based on the committee's meeting recently have decided the activities for this year as follows:
a. Happy Hour - every first Friday of the month ( starting 6 June 2008).
b. Breaking Fast - 5 or 4 Sept 2008 at Perdana Hall FELDA.
c. Hari Raya with families - 11 Oct 2008 (venue TBA).
d. New Year Celebration - 31 Dec 2008 (venue TBA).
e. Excursion to Indonesia - TBA ( to take the opportunity whilst the Ex-President is there).
2. Skots may propose other activities to the Committee.

Skot,
11 jul is 2nd friday of the month. Please find other venues as the mess is so boring. That's why the previous attendance was very poor. Kopitiam or Kluang Station are a good options to be considered. Environment and aweks may attracts attendance. And also no wastage of foods as members will pay their own meals and drinks.

its true my fren but u must remember our skots (ex-svc) they wanted to feel the nostalgic of the happy hours during those days. Last happy hours not bcoz of the venue but the date is not suitable cos most of us is on leave (school holidays. Since when u become mat romeo skots..... insaf le. take care

Agreed with u skots we, ex-svc is more wanted to feel the nostalgic of day of the happy hours during.
Kopitam or Kluang station is totally out, If not in any of the Officer Messes, it should be organized at a place with more privacy rather than public place like that...
To look around for a new awek is not wrong, But be carefull... She, you look at may appear to be your own daughter...ha..ha..ha... The moral of the story is that we are not young anymore....
